/ about

A small studio for businesses where human connection is the work.

We started Outtask because we kept meeting brilliant people doing people-first work — natural health practitioners, real estate agents, and other service-led teams — who were drowning in admin instead of being with their clients. Most AI work we saw was either overpromised demos or expensive consulting decks. We wanted a third option: a small group who actually understand how these businesses run, and ship things that work — so you can spend more time on the humans in front of you.

/ how we work

01

Start small, see results quickly.

No long strategy documents or six-month roadmaps. We build something real against one of your actual workflows in the first week.

02

Simple tools, beautiful experience.

We choose the calmest, most reliable tech under the hood, then put our care into the parts your clients and team actually touch.

03

Measured, not magical.

Every automation or agent we build is tested against real outcomes. If it doesn't genuinely help, it doesn't go live.

04

Two humans, no handoffs.

You work directly with us — no account managers, no juniors finding their feet on your project. Just senior eyes from start to finish.

/ the why

Why service businesses?

Based in Melbourne. Working with teams Australia-wide.

Sandy Abram spent 10 years as a registered nurse before walking away from a system she stopped believing in. She went on to build and sell a multi-million dollar organic food and natural products business — learning, the long way, what it actually takes to run a people-first business without burning out.

Her weekly newsletter, The Rise, lands in 8,000+ inboxes every Sunday morning.

Outtask is the next chapter — built on a simple truth: the people doing the quiet, brilliant work of natural healing, of helping families find a home, of any service where trust is the product, are drowning in admin, software subscriptions, and tabs they didn't open. AI, used carefully, can hand them back the one thing they never have enough of — time with their people.
